For our 10th birthday, we are launching a new series of discussion podcasts, exclusively for our patreon supporters, who make our work possible. In this first Fireside chat, we answer questions from patreon supporters, readers and listeners.

Today, 30 July 2024, is the 10th birthday of the Working Class History project. To say thanks to all of our patreon supporters, who make our work possible and enable us to keep the vast majority of our content freely available for everyone, we are launching a new series of regular bonus episodes, exclusively for them.

To start off with, we will have a series of discussion episodes called Fireside chats. Our first Fireside chat is one where our hosts, John and Matt, answer questions from patreon supporters, listeners and readers, about the WCH project, and us.

For the time being, as a trial, we are going to be releasing at least one bonus episode for patreon supporters every month. By doing this, we hope to be able to grow our base of supporters on patreon. If we manage to grow our base of supporters, and increase the amount of support we get each month, then we will be able to devote more resources into producing and releasing more regular free podcast episodes.

So, please do feel free to spread the word about this appeal, and encourage friends, co-workers, family and comrades to join us on patreon as well. Hope you enjoy this episode, and the other exclusive bonus episodes we have for you in the works.

With your support, we have reached an audience of millions over the past decade. With your ongoing support, we hope to reach many more in the coming decade!

Listen today by joining us on patreon!
